Returns:

•  You may return your order within 45 days of purchase for a refund.
•  It is important that you try out your new footwear on a carpeted surface, as we cannot accept shoes that are scuffed, soiled, creased or worn in any way .
•  All orders must be returned in the original shoebox inside another cardboard box without any additional packing material . (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts, paper, bubble wrap, etc.)

*** Please note: All returns (and standard exchanges) are processed in the order that they are received. It may take up to

30 days for a return to be processed (during the holidays this time may be extended).***

Exchanges: For your convenience we offer two methods of exchange:

Standard Exchange: You may return your order to the address listed below. Please include the completed return/exchange slip attached to this return policy.

Expedited Exchange: If you do not wish to wait for your exchange please select the item that you would like to receive and contact our customer service at 1-800-966-1780 or returns@shoescentral.net . Provided that the exchange item is in stock you will be charged and the item will be shipped out the next day.

Defective Merchandise: Please contact us via phone (1-800-966-1780) or e-mail ( returns@shoescentral.net ) so that we may discuss the possible defect and issue a merchandise case number.

Restocking Fees: Please note that a $10 restocking fee may be applied under the following circumstances:

•  An item is returned without the original shoebox or without a protective outer box*
•  More than two items are returned*
•  An exchange item is returned
•  An item is returned to an address other than ShoesCentral
•  Delivery of the order was refused by the customer and returned to our warehouse
•  Shoes are returned after 45 days
•  An address change is made with UPS after the item is shipped and is due to customer error
